Catering Deposits & Policy

All Good Eatz bookings require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit must be placed to secure the time slot and is required to complete a booking. The entire remaining balance for our services will need to be paid before the event date. Your payment will be used to secure the items for your event so please be timely in your payment. If you have any issues with payment reach out and let us know so that other arrangements or dates may be setup. Be absolutely sure before booking that you are sure of your event dates, times and requirements. Feel free to inquire with our staff with any questions before booking to be sure not to lose your deposit. We also recommend that if you have an event planning staff only one reliable person reports to Good Eatz Roc to avoid any confusion, this person should preferably be easily accessible. 

In-Store Policy

The customer is expect to check and inspect their food upon receipt. At that time they are to air any grievances so that they may be addressed in a timely fashion. If there is an error on our behalf we will do our best to rectify the situation. Only after that will any refunds be issued. If the error is on behalf of the customer, Good Eatz Roc may or may not opt to assist in resolving the issue.

Grubhub Policy 

On Grubhub orders all Grubhub terms, policies and regulations are applicable.
